Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Yes, you can request complete deletion of your account and all your data anytime from the app settings or by contacting us.

By default, only you can see your check-ins. You choose what to share with your galaxy: members see your star shine or eclipse based on your emotional state. You can also use Eclipse Mode to signal you need space without revealing your check-in content. You always stay in control.

No, never. We don't sell your data and we don't display targeted advertising. Our business model relies solely on subscriptions.

Yes, your exchanges with Ora are private and encrypted. No one else can access them, not even your galaxy members. Your conversations aren't directly linked to your identity and are anonymized. We don't keep any personal identification information or payment data.

Yes, Ora keeps some notes about your exchanges to better understand your context over time. You can delete this information anytime: Ora will then start fresh, like a new friend who needs to get to know you again.

No, Ora is not designed to handle crisis situations. If you're going through a difficult time or feeling significant distress, we encourage you to contact a healthcare professional or a specialized helpline. Ora is there to accompany you daily, but she in no way replaces professional help.

With the free version, you can invite up to 2 people. With Stellia Plus, you can expand your galaxy and invite more loved ones.

An AvaStar is a virtual star you create for someone who can't use the app themselves: a baby, a pet, an elderly person without a smartphone. You do the check-ins for them or with them. For people capable of expressing their own emotions, we recommend inviting them to your galaxy instead: that's the whole point of Stellia - everyone sharing their own vision of their emotions.
